Creative Home Concepts builds one-of-a-kind homes throughout Central Virginia, including Richmond, Chesterfield, Powhatan, Henrico, Hanover, Amelia and Goochland. We build in premier neighborhoods and on secluded private land. We'll build on land you already own, or you are welcome to choose from our selection of lots.

Cedar Green is an idyllic place to build a quiet country estate, with equestrian-sized lots ranging from two to 27 acres. This brand new subdivision is located off Genito Road in Powhatan County between Rt. 60 and Rt. 360, minutes from Rt. 288.
